Trust Hatuma is a geology fellow and an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience managing mining and exploration projects. He sits on the boards of Curprite Geoservices Ltd, African Holdings Ltd, Crescent Mineral Resources Ltd, and Harness Resources Ltd.
Teclah Munanku
Technical Manager
Teclah Munanku is a highly skilled professional with a Master’s degree in Sustainable Mineral Resources Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from the University of Zambia. With over five years of experience in exploration geology, hydrogeology, and environmental management, she has developed a strong expertise in resource exploration and environmental stewardship. Her technical proficiency extends to a deep understanding of environmental laws, and she is adept at conducting detailed environmental assessments. Teclah’s multidisciplinary background allows her to effectively address the complexities of mineral resource development while ensuring regulatory compliance and promoting sustainable practices.
Lemos Kalwazi
Finance Manager
Lemos is an experienced finance professional with over 10 years of expertise in finance, compliance, internal controls, and risk management. He has a strong background in conducting financial literacy training and designing and implementing efficient processes. Lemos holds a BSc in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, along with ACCA certification. His additional certifications include Risk Management, Anti-Money Laundering, and ZICA Taxation.
Mwenda Kalwani
Human Resource Manager
Mwenda is a dedicated and results-driven human resources professional with over five years of experience in administration, telesales, and business management. She’s highly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at building strong interpersonal relationships. Mwenda is also skilled in communication and HR functions, with a diploma in Human Resource Management.

With a background in Business Administration from the University of Zambia and certifications in key industry disciplines, she combines expertise with innovative strategies to drive growth and efficiency. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management, Thelma provides business development and strategic consulting expertise across multiple mining projects in Zambia. Passionate about sustainable resource development and women’s inclusion in mining, she is committed to fostering impactful business solutions within the sector..
Helen Kalonje Zulu
Corporate and Administrative Officer
Helen Kalonje Zulu is a seasoned professional with over 7 years of experience in business reporting and a strong background in corporate and administrative office functions. She holds a Diploma in Journalism and Public Relations from the Zambia Institute of Mass Communication Educational Trust, a Certificate in Data Journalism from the Absa Masterclass in partnership with Rhodes University, and a Certificate in Introduction to the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement.
Kalonje brings additional expertise in asset management and business development, having facilitated the acquisition of Mineral Trading Permits. She also has hands-on experience in regulatory compliance and administrative management, further enhancing her versatile skill set.
